A sought-after international speaker and digital marketing expert, Kevin Gordon is a co-founder of a leading online solutions provider in the automotive industry, Convertus.

Before founding Convertus, Kevin created and led the eCommerce Department of the Jim Pattison Auto Group, one of the largest auto groups in Canada. During this time, Kevin’s contributions made a major impact in helping the group achieve its most profitable years in the 50 year history of the company while becoming B.C.’s No.1 automotive retailer.

Today, Kevin leverages his diverse skill set and background to help dealers across the continent take their digital strategy and sales processes to the next level.

In addition to making regular contributions to multiple automotive and marketing publications, Kevin has also been called upon to speak at conferences, OEM events and universities across North America.

An ardent entrepreneur, operations guru, and international speaker, Nicholas Williams has cultivated a unique background in operations and digital marketing.

Over the past 10 years, he has developed a broad set of professional and academic experiences. Nicholas has a commerce degree with concentrations in both entrepreneurship and international business with distinction.

His professional background is also both varied and accomplished, ranging from start-up to big business. Nicholas has deviated from Operating Partner of a successful vehicle importation company to the Director of Marketing for an international manufacturing firm.

These diverse experiences have allowed him to develop in-depth expertise in operational efficiencies, leadership, and customer experience. Combined with a passionate blend of drive and focus, Nicholas has lead each of his organizations to the digital forefronts of their industry.
